
Patients home clinic must schedule guest dosing via phone and fax.
Patients home clinic must fax signed copy of guest dosing request form including signature of Medical Doctor or verbal order from Medical Doctor allowing patient to guest dose at Treatment Center of Waycross.
Treatment Center of Waycross nurse must call patients home clinic to confirm dose level and schedule.
Home clinic must provide the following patient identifying information:
- Full name
- Social security number
- Driver’s license/ID card state and number
- Date of birth
- Dose level/Medical status
- Phase level and dosing schedule
- Other, as requested
Initial (one time) guest dosing admission fee is $25.00 plus daily dosing fee of $14.00. Each day thereafter is charged as a daily dosing fee. More information is available here

To provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for persons who are dependent on opioid substances and live in the Waycross area.
Services include, but are not limited to:
Medical evaluations and referrals; individual, group, and specialized counseling; case management; crisis intervention; and the provision of comprehensive coordination of care among other providers.

- To provide effective treatment for those suffering from an addiction to opiates or narcotics and other drug dependencies.

- To maintain strength in our program of individualized care which respects the dignity of each person who seeks treatment here.
- To continuously improve the patient care and satisfaction through the study, analysis and refinement of all processes and systems.
- To continuously educate our staff, patients and the community about the treatment of opiate dependency with the use of methadone.
